Fast Pfu DNA Polymerase

Heat-resistant temperature up to 98°C, the fidelity is 52 times higher than that of Taq DNA polymerase and 6 times that of ordinary Pfu DNA polymerase.

Fast Pfu DNA Polymerase

Fast Pfu DNA Polymerase is a new generation of high-fidelity DNA polymerase. The Polymerase is based on Pyrococcus Furiosis DNA polymerase and is genetically engineered. Its protein structure contains 5′→3′ polymerase domains and engineered 3′→5′Exonuclease domain. This combination greatly improves the heat resistance and fidelity of the enzyme. A unique elongation factor was added to the enzyme solution and the amplification rate reached 15 sec/kb. This product is equipped with an optimized enzyme buffer with the addition of PCR-enhancing components, resulting in an enzyme with extremely strong amplification efficiency and broad template adaptability, making it ideal for the amplification of complex templates. The amplification product is blunt end.
