Introduction
This kit is developed by alkaline lysis plasmid extraction and column purification technology and is suitable for the extraction of up to 1.5 mg of high-purity plasmid DNA from 120-250 ml of bacterial culture (LB medium), suitable for sequencing, in vitro transcription and translation, Restriction enzyme digestion, transformation, eukaryotic cell transfection, gene therapy, DNA vaccines and other molecular biology experiments.
