Introduction
After the DNA in the gel is released, it can be directly added to the spin column, and the gel molecules and other impurities dissolved by centrifugation are filtered and removed, and the DNA adsorbed on the spin column can be directly eluted with TE solution.

30 μl of 100 bp DNA Marker was added to 120 μl of melted 1.5% agarose gel to make gel blocks containing DNA fragments of different lengths, recovered by Simgen Gel DNA Extraction Kit, and then eluted with 30 μl Buffer TE (a, b, c, d), and compared with the starting DNA Marker (70%, 100%) to control the recovery efficiency of each fragment. 1.5% TAE agarose gel.
