2×Taq Plus PCR Master Mix
The 2×Taq Plus PCR Master Mix is an optimized two-fold concentration PCR master mix. The addition of Taq antibodies, PCR enhancers, and protein stabilizers synergistically improves PCR efficiency and sensitivity, and Taq DNA polymerase and Pfu DNA polymerase work synergistically to ensure the high fidelity of the amplified products and the long length of the amplified fragments, which can amplify fragments up to 10 kb from complex genomic DNA. The product is easy to use, only need to take 0.5 times the volume of the PCR system to take 2× Taq Plus PCR Master Mix, add primers and template, and make up the volume with ddH2O. Most of the products with 2× Taq Plus PCR Master Mix have an Adenine base attached to the 3′ end and can be cloned directly in T-Vector.

Storage
It can be transported at low temperature and stored at -20℃ for more than 2 years.
