Introduction
The lysate of the cells was added to a DNA spin column that selectively binds genomic DNA, and the genomic DNA was separated from RNA by centrifugation. At the same time, the RNA in the filtrate is purified by the RNA spin column to obtain pure RNA. The final genomic DNA and total RNA can be eluted from different spin columns simultaneously and are ready for immediate use in various molecular biology experiments.
