Introduction
Trizol LS is a complete, ready-to-use reagent optimized for extracting high-quality total RNA from various liquid samples, or for the simultaneous isolation of RNA, DNA, and protein. Monophasic solutions of phenol and guanidine isothiocyanate are designed to extract individual components of RNA, DNA, and proteins from liquid samples of human, animal, plant, yeast, bacterial, and viral origin within one hour.
