Introduction

This kit uses a unique buffer system to extract genomic DNA from various plant tissues, especially suitable for plant tissues with high content of polyphenols and polysaccharides. The purified genomic DNA can be used directly in downstream experiments

1-4: electrophoresis plot of DNA extracted from 100 mg of fresh pothos leaves using plant DNA extraction solution.
