Introduction
The whole extraction process does not include the process of digestion, RNA removal and other secondary metabolites, no organic solvent extraction, no anhydrous ethanol precipitation, simple, fast, and stable and reliable quality.
The 2× PCR Mix provided by this kit is a PCR reagent with high amplification compatibility that enables efficient and specific amplification without the need to completely remove impurities such as proteins, and contains an enhancer, optimizer, and stabilizer for PCR reactions. It has the characteristics of fast and simple, high sensitivity, strong specificity and good stability, and is especially suitable for the screening of high-throughput samples.

2 mg of 20 chicken samples were taken for genome extraction, and then PCR detection was performed with corresponding specific primers, and 6 μl electrophoresis results were taken from 20 μl system.
